-This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr.'R. Grazio of your staff and Mr. K. Landis-of-the NRC on October 7.1997. concerning an l
eryneering meeting requested by Florida Power Corporation. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall status of your actions to resolve engineering design issues. The meeting has been-rescheduled for October 30, 1997. from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-The location of the meeting will be at your Training Center in Room 137. This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994. 59 FR 48340).
