l In a memorandum dated November 3, 1998. Dr. Ross Landsman of the Decommissioning Branch, Division of Nuclear Materials Safety.
l Region III, expressed his differing professional opinion (DPO) l regarding two issues associated with granting Amendment No. 7 to l Chemetron's license for Bert Avenue. Mr. William Travers issued a i
memorandum on June 21, 1999 titled " Final Decision: Differing Professional Opinion Concerning Amendment No. 7 to Chemetron's License for Bert Avenue." which decribes the reviews for these issues. Attached was a memorandum from Andrew J. Murphy issued May 26, 1999 titled "DP0 on Amendment No. 7 to Chemetron's License for Bert Avenue."
As referenced by the above memorandums I hereby request a copy of the complete independent calculations performed by Mr. Tim Harris for the seismic stability of the east slope at Bert Avenue. l If any part of this request is denied, please list the specific
