JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 NARRATIVE Sl5 MARY OF OPERATIONS November, 1986 The Cycle 'VII - VIII refueling outage continued into the month of November.
The following major safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of November:
1.
The reactor vessel flange seal area was cleaned and new O-ring-seals were installed.
2.
The containment integrated leak rate test was performed successfully.
3.
The hydraulic and mechanical snubber testing was completed.
4.
The hydraulic snubbers on lA steam generator were modified to correct a design error which was caused by an incorrect vendor drawing.
5.
The IC Reactor Coolant Pump #1 seal housing 0-ring leak was repaired.
6.
Miscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance was performed
,on diesel generators.
