EXAMINATION AND INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-336/86-22 (OL)

On December 15, 1986, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your
company who had applied for ' licenses to operate your Millstone Unit 2 facility.
No preliminary results were given at the conclusion of the examination.
On December 16, 1986, the NRC conducted a requalification program inspection
at the Millstone Unit 2 facility. At the conclusion of this inspection,
findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
