L. Harmon OPA Gray File LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 117 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application requested in a telephone conference on June 7,1986 and confirmed by letter dated June 9, 1986.

The amendment revises the Containment Spray System spray additive tank flow rate surveillance, Technical Specification 4.6.2.2.d, to reinstate the original test method.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
