CORRECTED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PAGES - EDWIN 1. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. M97702 AND M97703)
Dear Mr. Sumner:
On September 5,1997, the Commission issued Amendment No. 208 to Facility Operating License No. DPR 57 and Amendment No.150 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-5 for the Edwin 1. Hatch Nuclear Plant (Hatch), Units 1 and 2, Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated January 7,1997, as supplemented July 2,1997. The amendments revised the TS associated with manually actuating every safety relief valve (SRV) during each unit startup from a refueling outage.
l Subsequently, by 19tter dated October 1,1997, you stated that the TS pages issued with l
Amendments 208 and 150 did not contain the revised SRV setpoints approved by Amendments 204 and 145 issued on March 21,1997. Accordingly, TS pages 3.4 8 and 3.5-8 for Unit 1 and pages 3.4 8 and 3.5-5 for Unit 2 have been corrected to reflect the revised SRV setpoints.
Please replace the current TS pages with the enclosed corrected TS pages 3.4-8 and 3.5-6 for Unit 1 and pages 3.4 8 and 3.5 5 for Unit 2.

Accordingly, TS pages 3.4 8 and 3.54 for Unit 1 and pages 3.44 and 3.5 5 for Unit 2 have been corrected to reflect the revised SRV setpoints.
Please replace the current TS pages with the enclosed corrected TS pages 3.4-8 and 3.54 for Unit 1 and pages 3.44 and 3.5-5 for Unit 2.
