on page El-6 of the January 7,1997, submittal it is stated that the safety / relief valve (S/RV) main disks are tested with steam pressure at Wyle Labs approximately once every three cycles. Is once every three cycles the required maximum test period for the S/RV main disks? Also, verify that this testing includes a full stroke exercise of the S/RV main disks and describe how the exercise tests are accomplished at Wyle Labs without full flow discharge through the main stage. Are the main disks instrumented to measure the full stroke during the Wyle testing? '
