This is in reference to your let'ter addressed to Dr. ' Grace, dated September 30, 1986, regarding the withholding of emergency plan proprietary information under the provisions of '10 CFR 2.790.
On October-17, 1986, the-Region II Office responded by letter to Phoenix Power Services, Inc., describing the actions taken to maintain the confidentiality of information that was included in the NRC plan review letter dated August. 13, 1986.. In addition, a letter dated October 16, 1986, directed to your attention, requested all individuals :shown as cc's and bec's to -the referenced plan review letter ~ take action to ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information.
