DOCKET N0. 50-395, V. C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PLAN REVIEW, PROPRIETARY INFORMATION This is in reference to a letter dated September 25, 1986, from M. M. Mlynczak of Phoenix Power Services, Inc., addressed to Dr. J. Nelson Grace.
Phoenix Power Services, Inc. has advised this office that the safety evaluation and the information contained in the enclosure to the NRC's letter to D. A. Nauman dated August 13, 1986, are considered proprietary.
By copy of this letter, we are requesting that all individuals shown as cc's and bcc's to the letter dated August 13, 1986, take action to label and treat the Enclosure as " proprietary" to ensure the confidentiality of the aforementioned documents.
