DRAFT RECOMMENDATION TO EDO TO CONTINUE RULEMAKING,
" IMPROVED PERSONNEL DOSIMETRY PROCESSING - 10 CFR PART 20" The draft recommendation forwarded with your June 2, 1986 memorandum covers a rulemaking which NRR has previously supported, and NRR staff still agree-this rulemaking should continue. The proposed package to the Commission has recently been received and is under review. Since it duplicates this draft recommendation, we will not comment on this package separately, but will send'our comments on the proposed Commission paper. Preliminary comments on the Commission paper have already been discussed informally by R. Cleveland with D. Nellis of your staff.
