- the Federal Register to make certain that our interpretation of 1 CFR 21.21(c) l is accurate and that this rule falls under that section's exemption number (2), -
l which will allow the NRC to cross reference NBS's regulations..
l We have made numerous editorial comments, and they are noted n:arginally. On page 8 of Enclosure B, you refer to the publication of Part 20 in December 1985. Since that version contained so many errors, we recomunend that you use i the republication date of January 9, 1986 (51 FR 1092).
