This letter refers to the routine ' safeguards inspection of'yo'ur activitier
authorized under NRC License No. R-33 conducted by Mr. A.~ V. Wieder of this
office on September 24, 25 and October 9, 1986.
It also, refers to the
discussion of his inspection findings with Mr. Jim Nixon on September 25,
1986.
The inspection included examination of ac'tivities related to safeguarding
special nuclear material as~ described.in.the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspectien consisted of selective examinations of
procedures and records, interviews with~ facility staff and inspector
observations.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of the findings of your
safeguards and security procedures are exempt from public disclosure;
-therefore, the enclosed inspection report will not be placed in the Public
Document Room and receive limited distribution.
