Based on a telephone discussion on June 10, 1986, between Mr. R. Colombo of
your staff and Mr. G. Yuhas of this office, we understand that you and other
members of your staff will meet with us on Friday, June 20, 1986, at 1:30 p.m.
in the Region V office to discuss the apparent violations documented in
Inspection Reports Nos. 50-312/86-14 and 15.
The enforcement conference will focus on apparent violations involving
emergency planning and radioactive effluent management issues.
