Attached is a copy of the May, 1986, Ohio EPA Discharge Monitoring Report for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station.

On May 28, 1986, the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station was granted a Permit-To-Install for the construction of an equalization chamber allowing for simultaneous operation of both existing package wastewater treatment facilities on site.
