Attached is a copy of the September, 1986, Ohio EPA Discharge Monitoring Report for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Permit Number 2IB00011*DD.

Sampling capabilities were lost for four days during September, 1986 at the beach sampling station due to the failure of a transformer. A temporary generator was installed to reinstate power to the sampling station.
