AUTHORIZATION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE FOR TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT This confirms our telephone authorization given on June 8, 1986 for a change in the Technical Specifications for the Trojan Nuclear Plant as requested by telephone conversation with T. Chan on June 7,1986, as confirmed in your letter dated June 9, 1986. This letter also confirms our discussion with Mr. Orser of your staff that Trojan will perform and meet the surveillance test requirements of the proposed changes to Trojan Technical Specification 4.6.2.2d regarding the Spray Additive System prior to criticality. Facility Operating License NPF-1 is hereby amended by changing the Technical Specifications (copy enclosed) as requested in your June 9,1986 letter.
Copies of the license amendments and our Safety Evaluation for these Technical Specification changes will be sent to you when processed.
