1. I am the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Kensington, New Hampshire.

2. The Town of Kensington is not in possession of any revised Kensington or New Hampshire State radiological emergency response plan which includes information on the distribution of radioprotective drugs, as outlined in the May 19, 1986 affidavit -
