Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. S 552, ej seq., the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution ("NECNP")

requests that you make the following documents available in the NRC's Public Document Room in Washington, D.C.:

1) All notes, memoranda, or other documents that evaluate or discuss a letter (and/or its attachments) f rom John DeVin-centis of Public Service of New Hampshire to Vincent S. Noonan, NRC, dated July 21, 1986. A copy of the letter is attached.
2) All notes, memoranda, or other documents that evaluate or discuss a letter (a nd/or its attachments) from John DeVin-centis of Public Service of New Hampshire to Vincent S. Noonan, NRC, dated July 29, 1986. A copy of the letter is attached.
