.to go to the licensee, I am glad you did the necessary editing, As for issue 2.-'I too initially thought-that it should be raised as only a concern at this stage both for the reason you mentioned and because the licensee did not seem to understand the responsibilities that come with-a performance based license, However,-
a NOV on this issue (in the telecon),you and Chuck seemed to be leaning toward and our management decided to identify the issue as such.
