During your May 22, 1986 phone conversation with Mr. Rentschler of my staff you advised that Tri-State Motor Transit Company has decided to completely discontinue shipment of fomula quantities of SStM. As a result, your Trans-portation Plan for the movement of fomula quantities of SSNM is no longer
- valid.
! The issue of providing safeguarded transport for formula quantities of SSNM during the domestic leg of exports is a matter of nutual concern, especially in view of the short term problem related to the shipment to France. Please

-- advise me of what alternative means of handling the domestic legs of such shipments are under consideration. As always, we will be pleased to discuss your progress in solving the problem of providing safeguarded transportation for the domestic legs of exports both in the near and long ters.
