This is in partial response to your letter dated March 5,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), records generated in connection with all summary materials provided to the contentions and/or harassment and intimidation panel for their assessment of QA/QC at the Comanche Peak plant.
The documents listed on enclosed Appendix A-1 are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW dashington, DC, in POR folder F01A-85-312 under your name.
The documents listed on enclosed Appendix A-2, with the exceptions of documents 8, 13, 28, 29, 32, and 43 are either in the PDR or will be addressed in our next response.
