V0GTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT, UNIT 1 ITEMS UNDER REVIEW FOR LOW POWER LICENSE A meeting was conducted on October 8,-1986 with Georgia Power company to discuss the licensing items that are currently open and require resolution prior to issuance of the operating license scheduled for December 15, 1986 for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Unit 1. contains your staff's proposed submittal dates' for these items as well as confirmatory items that must be completed prior to license issuance.
Some of the proposed submittal dates in Enclosure 1 are later than originally projected.
You should be aware that failure to meet the presently proposed dates with full and complete submittals may result in more than a day for day impact on your proposed fuel loading schedule due to scheduling of staff re-sources.
In order to maintain the current projected fuel load date, we suggest that the enclosed items be given a higher level of priority to facilitate resolution of these items prior to the enclosed proposed dates.
