This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. M. Bright of your staff,
and Mr. B. A. Wilson of my staff on February 4,1987, concerning a management
meeting and an enforcement conference to be conducted at the Crystal River site
on February 25, 1987, at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the
recent security event as delineated in our Report No. 50-320/87-02, and to
conduct a quarterly SALP management meeting in the area of security.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be p! eased to
