In a letter from the NRC Staff dated August 28, 1986, South Carolina Electric

& Gas Company (SCE&G) was requested to provide coments related to the Regulatory Effectiveness Review of the Virgil C. Sumer Nuclear Station conducted March 3-7, 1986. The attachment to this letter provides the response to each NRC finding / recommendation.
