The following deviation was identified during a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted on December 26, 1986 - January 25, 1987.
1 The licensee informed the NRC, in its November 18, 1986 response to a Notice of Violation dated October 20, 1986, that training would be completed on IP/0/A/3890/01 (General Troubleshooting Procedure) by November 30, 1986 and that Section 4.3.10 of MMP -1.0 (Work Request Preparation) would be revised by December 31, 1986 to include additional guidance for planners to list t
appropriate component procedures when applicable.

a Contrary to the above, training of all applicable personnel was not completed by November 30, 1986 and Section 4.3.10 of MMP-1.0 was not revised by December 31, 1986.
Please provide in writing within 30 days of the date of this Notice a description of corrective actions regarding this deviation, actions taken to avoid further deviations, and the dates when these actions were or will be completed.
