Simulator re-examinations were administered to seven candidates; four of whom passed. One candidate has subsequently terminated employment with the facility and no longer requires a license.

) At the conclusion of the site visit the examiners met with representatives <

l of the plant staff to discuss the results of the examination.

There was one generic weakness noted during the simulator examination.

The area of below normal performance was in candidate understanding ,

of system response. One simulator problem was noted in that there were no low power Initial Conditions (ICs) working properly.

The licensee did not identify as proprietary any of the material provided to or reviewed by the examiners.
