VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NO. 1 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGES SEVEN PERCENT STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING In our letter dated January 17, 1986 (Serial No.85-890) we requested a Technical Specification change to permit the operation of North Anna Unit 1 at 2775 fiwt with up to 7% of tue steam generator tubes plugged.
Your letter of September 9, 1986 correctly noted that License Amendment No. 84, dated August 25, 1986, made our request unnecessary. Therefore, we are withdrawing that request.
