-10 CFR 73.30-Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submits six copies of Revision 3 (page changes) to the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (SHNPP) Security Plan. This is the Security Plan that CP&L will implement prior to receipt of an operating license. Revisions are noted by sidebars in the columns of the affected pages.
Examples of the changes include:
1.
Incorporation of NRC Region II's comments from the Operational Readiness Inspection.
2.
Partial response to the Final Rule published in the Federal Register on Monday, August 4,1986. The final response to the rule will be made by December 2, 1986 in accordance with 10 CFR 73.55.
3.
Other editorial changes.
The attached copies of the changes to the SHNPP Security Plan transmitted herewith contain information which has been determined to be Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.
