In order to facilitate your review of our response to Violation No.
50-414/86-08-02, dated April 9, 1986, we are transmitting herewith copies of certain documents which were referenced in our response. is our letter of November 20, 1984 to your office, which transmitted Duke Power Company's evaluation of certain inspector identified pipe support discrepancies. Attachment 2 is a Duke Power Company Document entitled " Quality Assurance Assessment of Construction Adequacy-IE Bulletins 79-02 and 79-14", which consists of a review and assessment of Catawba's compliance with these two Bulletins as they pertain to construction.
