REVIEW OF j THE CHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REVIEW PROCESS FOR NEAR-TERM OPER ING LICENSES Attached, for your use in preparing coments, are five copies of a draft DIA report containing the results of our Review of the Technical Specifications
- Review Process for Near-Tenn Operating Licenses. We would appreciate receiving your coments within 30 days of the date of this memorandum. If you have any substantive disagreements with the facts as presented, we are available to discuss them with you or your staff before you send us your fonnal response. .

That is the availability of Standard Tech Specs fur BWR 6 plants. Tu the best of my knowledge, this ducument is still nut isssued. If so, it was not
