to Topical Report, SCE-1-A " Quality Assurance Program", Amendment 8 dated July 1985,'as the current Quality Assurance Program description for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3.
Based on our. evaluation of the changes implemented by Change Notice Number 14,'we find that the revised topical report continues to meet the criteria of Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50 and is therefore acceptable for Units 1, 2 and 3.
