This is in partial response to your letter dated January 15, 1986, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), all

documents related to the NRC's investigation into the complaints of Susan Register, Leslie Price, and James Register regarding allegations of illegal and improper procedures and practices at the Vogtle plant located in Waynesboro, Georgia.
Copies of the 16 docuinents listed on the enclosed Appendix A are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, and the Lncal Public Document Room (LPDR) for the Vogtle plant located in the Burke County Library, 412 4th Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830.
