DRAFT NRR OFFICE LETTER N0. 50: POLICY AND PROCEDURE FOR THE DISPOSITION OF INVESTIGATIVE REPORTS AND RELATED INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THE OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS

In his recent memorandum to you (copy attached) the NRR Director provided a copy of draft Office Letter No. 50 and directed that it be implemented immediately. We have recently received additional policy guidance from the Commission on this issue and OELD comments; and following receipt and review-of your comments will finalize the Office Letter.'

Please provide your comments on draft Office Letter No. 50 to me no later than April 25, 1986.
