TRIP REPORT FOR DAVIS-BESSE SITE SURVEY Enclosed is a copy of the final trip report written by our contractor, Pacific Northwest Laboratories, for the Davis-Besse site survey conducted during the week of September 16, 1985.
Please transmit a copy of this report to the licensee. The licensee should be informed that the trip report describes the status of the plant maintenance program at the time of our visit and that a response is not required unless a factual error is identified.
Please send a copy of the transmittal letter to me so that we can reference it in our future reports.
