Letter, J.B. Edgar to M. F. Weber, Same Subject, dated August 8,1997 With the referenced letter were six copies of revised license application page 4 21. On that page the line describing the criticality safety control types for " Container, nominal 5-gallon or j
less" was inadvertently replaced by a similar line for 3.5 gallon or less containers. The line for l
3.5 gallon containers was supposed to have been in addition to the line for 5-gallon or less 5
containers.
We apologize for this error and, to correct it, enclosed are six copies of corrected page 4 21 describing the control types for both 5-gallon and 3.5-gallon or less containers. Please replace the page 4 21 transmitted with the referenced letter with the page 4-21 transmitted herein, q
