This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. W.'J. Wagner and

C. A. Clark of this office on October 15-18, 1985, of a'etivities authorized by
NRC License No. NPF-15 and to the discussion of our findings with members of
.your staff on October 18, 1985.
Areas. examined during this inspection are described in~the enclosed inspection
report. . Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No' violations of NRC requirements were identified within the scope of this -
inspection.
