Dear Mr. Smith:
I am sending you two publications to complete our response to your earlier letter. One, entitled " Licensing Procedures for Low-Level Waste Disposal Facilities," has not been officially published but has been disseminated to other states by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The other is entitled
" Procedural and Technical Requirements for Siting Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Facilities." Both publications include discussions of the licensing process and estimated timetables.
