Dear Sir:
During the week of June 23 to June 26, 1986 Mr. Rick Struckmeyer of NRC Region I, Emergency Preparedness and Radiological Protection Branch, was on site at Seabrook Station to conduct an inspection. During the course of his inspection, he requested that several changes be made to the Seabrook Station Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). These changes were discussed with the Seabrook Station Staff and subsequently Mr. J. M. Kwasnik and Mr. W. B. Leland of NHY discussed Mr. Struckmeyer's proposed changes with your Mr. Charlie Willis.
Mr. Willis stated that he did not have any concerns with incorporating the changes requested by Mr. Struckmeyer. Reference (b) submitted the proposed changes to the NRC for review and approval.
During a recent review of our ODCM it was determined that one of Mr. Struckmeyer's proposed changes, was inadvertently omitted f rom the changes submitted by Reference (b).
In order to correct this oversight, attached please find a marked up copy of page A.5-5 of Table A.5-1 showing the change requested by Mr. Struckmeyer. This change has been reviewed by the Station Statf and approved by the SORC.
