Re: La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 52 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR45 for the la Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR). This amendment is in response to your application dated
- February 21, 1986 as amended by letter dated July 29, 1986. Additional changes requested in the February application have either already been addressed or will be addressed in future licensing actions.
This amendment transfers design technical specification Section 2.6, electrical power supply, to the bases of operability technical specification Section 4.2.3, electrical power systems.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notices.
