RE00EST FOR PilBLICATION IN BIWEEKLY FR NOTICE - NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMEllT TO PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE Dairyland Power Cooperative, Docket No. 50-409, La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor, Vernon County, Wiscond Date of application for amendment: February 21, 1986 as clarified July 29, 1986.
Brief description of amendment: The license amendment deletes Section 2.6, description of the electrical power system desion, and adds th'e information to the bases to Section 4.2.3. The new bases alters Section 4.2., to conform more closely with boilin9 water reactor Standard Technical Soecifications.
Date of Issuance: September 2, 1986 Effective date: September 2, 1986 Amendment No. 52 Provisional Oneratino License No. DPR-45. A,nendment revised the Technical Specifications.
