PROCEDURE GENERATION PACKAGE - EXTENSION OF TIME TO REPLY TO RAI We have received your request for an extension of time to address the several areas of the Procedures Generation Package (PGP) which we believe require revision. Our letter dated May 9,1986, (your Log No.1998) had requested a reply by July 31, 1986. You have requested an extension until three months following restart because the personnel required to prepare the response are heavily involved with restart activities.

We have no objection to your delay in providing the response. Since restart is now scheduled nominally for the end of October 1986, we expect that you will provide the requested information not later than February 1,1987.
