If you wish to amend this condition, you should specify how you will assure that the source cannot be lost in a water aquifer (such as use only in cased wells). Although Item 9. , " Facilities and Equipment" of your application dated September 12, 1986 indicates that vehicles carrying gauges will be placarded, placarding is not required unless a package bearing Radioactive Yellow III labels is being transported. Also, a license amendment will be needed to approve any in-house gauge training program, as you noted in Item 8. of your application. Refer to License Condition 11.
