For the licensed personnel; nine of 12 passed.

For the re-takes personnel; one of two passed.

Exit Meeting At the conclusion of the site visit the examiners met with representatives of the plant staff to discuss the results of the examination.

There were three generic weaknesses noted during the simulator examina-tion.

The areas of below normal performance were:

1) interpretation of Tech. Spec. 3.1.1 for the Reactor Trip Breakers; 2) interpretation of OWP-11 for P-13 bistable tripping; and 3) method of shutdown for the Emergency Diesel Generators with a Safety Injection signal present.

i The cooperation given to the examiners during the simulator examinations was noted and appreciated.

The licensee did not identify as proprietary any of the material provided to or reviewed by the examiners.
