An Enforcement Conference was held on March 25, 1987, at NRC Region I Offices,
to discuss the findings of Inspection Report No. 87-07. The topics discdssed
at this meeting were the events on February 13, 1987, leading to the occupa-
tional extremity radiation exposure of a contract worker in excess of NRC

quarterly limits. The enclosed Enforcement Conference Report describes the
details of this meeting.
