DOCKET NOS.: 50-269, 50-270, AND 50-287 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of December 3, 1986, which transmitted Revision 19 to the Oconee Physical Security Plan.

Our review of the changes has found portions of the changes to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Other portions are not consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) as delineated in the enclosure to this letter.

To preclude a violation of regulatory requirements you must not implement those changes deemed inconsistent. Please revert to the commitments in Section 6.4 of your previously approved plan.

This was discussed on January 7,1987, between Mr. A. Anderson of your staff and Ms. C. Perny of this office. It was agreed that a corrected page would be submitted to Revision 19 reinstating the commitments in Section 6.4.

The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
