REQUEST FOR NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF MATERIALS, NRC INSPECTION NO. 070-07028/2020-001
Dear Mr. Bisson:
This letter refers to the recent initial inspection of the above license, which was accomplished through remote communication methods. Based on that inspection, we understand that you have not yet received material under this license because of delays due to COVID-19 restrictions. During the inspection, we confirmed that you approved authorized users for this material, and plan to use the same facilities for which you use similar material in lesser quantities under the license of broad scope issued by the State of Maryland. The results of the inspection were transmitted to you by electronic mail on July 22, 2020.
Please notify us within 30 days after the receipt of material under your NRC license so that we may schedule an on-site inspection of your activities with NRC-licensed materials.
