This letter refers to the telephone conversation on January 23, 2020, between you and Betsy Ullrich of my staff. The purpose of the call was to schedule the initial inspection of License No.
SNM-7004. Based on the conversation, we understand that you have not yet received material under this license but expect a shipment sometime early in calendar year 2020. We further understand that you have facilities prepared for this material, because you possess similar material under the license of broad scope issued by the State of Maryland.
