NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-369/86-31 AND 50-370/86-31
Thank you for your response of December 26, 1986, and your supplemental response
of February 5,1987, to our Notice of Violation, issued on November 26, 1986,
concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility. We have evaluated your
response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will
examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.

transportation events.
Revision of the Enforcement Policy in this area is
currently being considered by the NRC.
