Subject: Combined NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-334/87-04 and 50-412/87-09
A routine unannounced occupational radiation protection inspection at the
Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 and 2, was conducted on February 10-13,

1987. The areas examined during the inspection are identified in the enclosed
inspection report and included the following: status of previously-identified
'
items; organization and management controls; external exposure and personnel
dosimetry; internal exposure control and assessment; control- of radioactive
materials and contamination; surveys; monitoring; ALARA at Unit 1; preopera-
tional activities at Unit 2.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
