We have received a copy of your application dated February 17, 1987, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requests amendment to Appendix A with regard to Containment Air Locks of Operating License No. DPR.72 for Crystal River Unit 3.
In your application you stated that no application fee is required because this application is supplemental to your application dated December 1,1986. While the $150 application fee was remitted with that application, it is our understanding from the review staff that review of the December 1,1986 application was completed by the December 9, 1986 exemption. Therefore, they consider the February 17, 1987 request a new application. As such, it is requested that you remit the $150 application fee to our office. Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10CFR170.12(c)and170.21.
